ELIGIBILITY-

A. For Engineering discipline-

B.E./B.Tech.,/B.Sc.(Engineering) with a minimum 60% aggregate marks in any of the following engineering discipline.

• Machanical Engineering.
• Chemical engineering.
• Computer engineering.
• Metallurgical engineering.
• Instrumentation engineering.
• Civil engineering.
• Electronics engineering.
• Communication engineering. …etc. with minimum 60% marks.

B. For physical discipline

M.Sc. in physics/Applied physics/B.E./B.Tech. Engineering in physics with minimum 60% marks aggregate. M.sc. should have physics and mathematics 5year course in case ancillary level.

NOTE– Applicants opting to be considered on the basic of GATE 2020 Score.

C. Chemical discipline

• M.sc. in chemistry with physics up to B.Sc.
• 5 year integrated M.sc. in case ancillary level. And mathematics up standard 12th with minimum 60% marks aggregate.

D. Bioscience discipline

{Agriculture, botaney, Zoology, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetic,Plant science,Plant breading, Plant pathology.}

1. B.E./B.Tech. only food technology with 60% marks aggregated.
2. M.sc student should have physics or chemistry or Agriculture chemistry up to B.sc. subsidiary or ancillary have 5 year integrated M.sc.with 60% Aggregated mark.
3. For radiological safety Engineering-
   • M.Sc. in physics chemistry with physics up to B.Sc.

Note- M.Sc. in environment science students are not eligible.

• M.Sc.in physics, Chemistry with physics up to B.Sc.

E.Geology discipline

• M.Sc. in geology.( applied geology with mathematics up to B.Sc.)

Note- those candidates having M.Sc. by research or Ph.D. are not eligible.

SELECTION PROCESS–

There are two step selection process for OCES/DGFS.

• Written test–

Writen test will conducted in 7 Engineering-discipline.

Chemical, machanical, matelurgical, electrical, electronics, computer and instrumentation engineering.

• Interviews-

Shortllisted candidates in written test will appear the interview in July every year.

Pay structure–

Description	Payment
1. Training period stipend	20000 RS/month
*One time book allowns	5000 RS/-
2. Pay band	15600/ month
3.The officers will be placed in	15600-39100 / month
4. Grade pay	5400 RS
5.Dearness allowses	if applicable
6.House rent	30%, 20%, 10% in corresponding.
7. Transport allownce	3200 RS + DA
